Delayed arrival: If you cannot arrive on the date that your property is expecting you, please notify us as soon as possible using the contact details provided below so that we can advise the property. Please quote your confirmation number when you contact us so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Stay: Hotels in some countries, especially North America, do not guarantee the number of beds in a room and will allocate rooms to accommodate the number of adults staying in a room. Rooms will be allocated subject to availability on arrival and where possible will comply with your request. If you have any problems with your hotel, please contact the front desk for assistance.

If you arrive late evening or in case of no show on a first night (without informing the hotel or the booking agent) the whole booking would stand as cancelled and no refund would be provided for. If you seek a refund a written clarity from the hotel should be provided declaring that the booking has been refunded from their end and the same shall be submitted to us.
